Our Prestigious Project in Esentepe has reached the Delivery Phase

The construction process at Lanai Homes has been successfully completed. As of April, the first homeowners received their keys and started their new lives. Most of the apartments are planned to be delivered by the end of June. With large landscaped areas, sea views and the beach within walking distance of the project, Lanai Homes offers not only a summer house, but also a peaceful living space and a strong investment opportunity.

While most of the homeowners are preparing to move into their apartments, some of them are choosing to earn a regular income by handing over their apartments to our Rental Management Office.
