Capensis Homes Construction Continues!

Capensis Homes project is in our portfolio as one of our projects under construction in Yeniboğaziçi region. As Şifa Construction, we continue our constructions with 20 years of experience, while maintaining our own standards and taking into account occupational safety measures.

As of November, the block exterior plastering of our project has been completed, and interior plaster and plaster processes are being applied in Block A4. All plastering processes and floor screeds of blocks A1, A2, B and C have been completed. While the ceramics are expected to start in next month’s program, the target for the delivery of the construction is set for June at the latest. If the construction progresses according to this plan, homeowners will be able to start using their houses in the summer.

The payment plan offered a few months before the end of construction can offer great opportunities for new investors. After the first payments are made with down payments starting from 35%, the remaining amount provides ease of payment with installments up to 36 months. Moreover, considering that it will be delivered after 6 months, it is possible to pay some of the remaining 30 monthly installments with rental income!
